Niagara IceDogs 6 at Barrie Colts 5

Carter Lowe opened the scoring for the Colts in the first five minutes of play, but this lit a fire under the IceDogs – going on to score 4 unanswered first period goals. This sent them into the second with a hefty 4-1 lead, a lead which they were able to hold onto until the final buzzer
The Colts came out hot in the second period, with Riley Patterson and Beau Jelsma both scoring goals to lessen the Niagara lead
Recently signed Winnipeg Jets prospect Kevin He tucked away a goal and two assists in the win
Alex Assadourian scored his first OHL hat-trick for the IceDogs

The Spitfires were unstoppable, keeping the Storm at bay by putting up four goals
