Steelheads acquire Geno Carcone from Knights

The Brampton Steelheads have acquired overage forward Geno Carcone from the London Knights in exchange for a fourth-round pick in the 2030 OHL Priority Selection.

The 19-year-old joins the Steelheads after spending the past three seasons in the USHL. He most recently suited up for the Green Bay Gamblers, recording 52 points (13 goals, 39 assists) in 58 games during the 2025-26 season.

The Woodstock, Georgia native finished tied for second on Green Bay in assists and third in team scoring last season. Over 159 career regular-season games in the USHL, Carcone recorded 115 points (34 goals, 81 assists).

Carcone signed with the London Knights as an overage free agent in June before being acquired by Brampton.
