Kitchener Rangers announce 2018-19 home opener

The Kitchener Rangers announced Monday they will open the 2018-19 season with a meeting against the Flint Firebirds at The Aud on Friday, September 21 at 7:30pm. It marks the third straight year that the Rangers and Firebirds will meet in Game 1 of the 68 game schedule.

The game also doubles as the season opener for the Rangers, who will skate in their 56th campaign on East Ave.

The complete 2018-19 schedule will be released by the Ontario Hockey League tomorrow, Tuesday, June 12 at 10am.
