The Kitchener Rangers' Ongoing Commitment: Fostering Community Impact.

 

As a community-oriented team, our commitment extends beyond the ice, as we actively engage in various community, business, and charity endeavors within the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.

To request the presence of a member of the Kitchener Rangers or our Mascot at your upcoming event, please take note of the following guidelines before completing the submission form:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the event date.
  • While we strive to accommodate as many requests as possible, please be aware that player and staff availability is subject to limitations due to scheduling and travel commitments.

If you are interested in having a representative from our organization participate in your event, kindly complete our appearance request form provided below

Note: Every request will be given fair and individual consideration. As part of our scheduling and selection process, you will only be contacted if we are able to accommodate your appearance request or if we require further information. Please fill out this form in its entirety and be aware that completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance. Personal event requests, if granted, may be subject to an appearance fee.

 

Rangers School Tour: 

The Rangers School Tour program and Community Appearance Request form is officially open for 2026/27 season! The Kitchener Rangers value all members of our community and will do our best to accommodate your requests.
