On October 25th, The Aud will be filled with thrills and chills as the Rangers take the ice in their most haunting match of the season. Fans of all ages are encouraged to wear their best costumes and join us for a night of Halloween fun, including trick-or-treating and eerie surprises throughout the game. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween with your favorite team—come out for a night of frightful fun and cheer on the Rangers as they haunt the competition!
Friday, November 8th – Remembrance Day Game
vs. Sault Ste. Marie at 7pm
Join us for a special and solemn evening as the Kitchener Rangers honor our veterans and active service members at the Remembrance Day game on November 8th. This game is more than just hockey—it’s an opportunity to pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country. The evening will feature a touching pre-game ceremony, including a moment of silence and a tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Friday, November 15th – Y2K Night

Step back in time and relive the turn of the millennium at the Kitchener Rangers Y2K Night on November 15th! The Aud will be buzzing with nostalgic vibes as we celebrate the best of the year 2000. Dress in your favorite Y2K fashion, from funky neon to classic denim, and get ready for a night packed with retro-themed fun and entertainment. With special Y2K-inspired activities and music it’s a blast from the past you won’t want to miss. Join us for a night of hockey and nostalgia that will have you saying, “Back to the future!”
Tuesday, December 3rd – Teddy Bear Toss
vs. The Brantford Bulldogs at 7pm
The 29th Annual Kitchener Rangers Teddy Bear Toss will take place on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, when the Rangers host the Brantford Bulldogs. Fans are encouraged to bring new bears to the game and, immediately following the Rangers’ first goal, throw their bear onto the ice surface. Bears will be collected and donated to local charitable organizations just in time for Christmas.
The Kitchener Rangers are proud to partner with Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart program, a national charity dedicated to providing children from financially disadvantaged families the opportunity to experience the benefits of organized sport and physical activity.

With special themed activities, 80’s music, and a blast from the past atmosphere, it’s a night you won’t want to miss. Grab your friends, relive the glory days, and cheer on the Rangers in true 80’s fashion!
Friday, February 21st – Next Gen Night
vs. The Barrie Colts at 7pm
Brought to you by Real Canadian Superstore, Rangers players will once again be wearing the winning design from the CHL Jersey Contest for their Next Generation Game. This game is an exciting and interactive experience for kids ages 12 and under! In this family–friendly game, kids help out the Rangers staff at various levels of the game operations and experience the thrill of being a part of a Rangers game. From helping the trainers on the Rangers bench to introducing the team, kids get to be a part of all the action. With plenty of fun for everyone, the Kitchener Rangers Next Generation Hockey Game is a great way to introduce kids to the exciting world of hockey. Keep your eye out for applications to be apart of this great night.
All player jerseys from the game will be auctioned off with 100% of proceeds going to President’s Choice Children’s Charity to help feed one million kids each year. The Real Canadian Superstore jersey contests have collectively raised over $375,000, help us raise even more this year!
Friday, March 7th – International Women’s Day Game
vs. The Windsor Spitfires at 7pm
This will be a special celebration for International Women’s Day on March 7, highlighting all of the important women in the Ranger organization and community. This exciting game day is part of the Rangers’ commitment to promoting inclusivity and recognizing the accomplishments of women in sports.
Prior to the game, the Kitchener Rangers will host a unique opportunity for youth girls hockey players in Kitchener-Waterloo (open to ages 10-12). The team’s Manager of Communications and Team Services, and former professional women’s hockey player, Lindsay Eastwood will conduct a special practice session for aspiring players. This exclusive experience aims to inspire and empower young girls in the community while fostering a love for the game.
The Kitchener Rangers encourage fans and the community to join in the celebration on March 7th at The Aud. The game promises to be a memorable experience, highlighting the importance of women in sports and providing an opportunity for young players to learn from accomplished professionals.
