CHL Photography/Camera Credentials
CHL Photography/Camera credentials are required for ALL photographers and camera operators in all CHL arenas.
The CHL Photo Policy is outlined in the below attached application form and a pass shall only be issued when the waiver portion of the form has been submitted.
Please note that all submitted forms are subject to the approval of the Canadian Hockey League.

CHL Credential
CHL Media Passes are only issued to media that provide regular daily coverage of a team at home, who travel on the road and are intended strictly for this use.
In an effort to effectively control the number of league passes distributed, greater emphasis will be placed on team-issued passes and game-day credentials requested by many online-only media outlets.
Please note:
1. There is a no re-entry policy at this facility. Those holding a OHL, CHL or NHL Pass will not be permitted re-entry if they choose to leave the facility during event. Media pass holders may request permission for re-entry through Kitchener Rangers / Aud operations.
2. All submitted forms are subject to the approval of the Canadian Hockey League.
2024-25 passes will be valid for all CHL regular season and playoff games.

Fan Photo Policy
The ticket holder grants permission to the CHL (and its teams, designees and agents) to utilize the ticket holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements whether individually or in a crowd, in any live or recorded audio, visual, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event (or activities carried on in connection therewith) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
Requests to republish Kitchener Rangers photographs should be made in writing to Alex Witherspoon ([email protected]). Please include the photographs details and publication date along with an explanation of how the material will be used. Kitchener Rangers images are rights-managed and should not be published, reproduced or distributed without consent.
Royalty-Free OHL Images
OHL Images continues to offer a collection of high-quality digital photography of teams, players, and various special events that are available for free editorial use by media covering the OHL. All images are available as a high-resolution download at www.ohlimages.ca. The site currently offers images from previous seasons, with 2024-25 galleries to be updated throughout the first few weeks of the new season. To download high-resolution non-watermarked images, you must first register for the site through the “Client Area” tab in the sub-menu.
MEDIA AREA
The game day line-up, complete team rosters, pronunciation guides, stats packets, in addition to a pregame meal, water, coffee, tea and pop will be provided in the Don Cameron Media Room, located just outside the main arena entrance to the arena on the first floor of the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.
The Don Cameron Media Room can be accessed by entering through Door 7 or Door 13 near parking lot D & E (See Map here). There will be signs located in the concourse directing you to the proper staircase. The staircase is located closer to the entrance at Door 13. If you are arriving on the team bus, you can walk up one level of stairs in the concourse and exit the doors behind your team’s net (Community Corner). Credentials: You will be requested to present a valid pass to an usher to enter this area.

The Wi-Fi information and password are posted on the media level of the venue. Only those who have received the proper accreditation are permitted entrance.
