Jack Studnicka Named To U17 Team
Jack Studnicka
Jack Studnicka has been named to Team Canada U17 team. In six games with the Oshawa Generals Studnicka has recorded zero goals and five assists for five points. In August 2015 Studnicka was invited to the Team Canada U17 development camp, where he played three games for team Green. In three games, Studnicka scored one goal and one assist for two points.
“The Oshawa Generals have had a long history with providing players for the U17 Program. Players such as Jenner, Laughton, Cassels, Dal Colle, Vande Sompel, Harding and now Jack” says Vice President and General Manager Roger Hunt. “It’s great to see our players represent their country at any level. We will miss Jack during the tournament but will be watching with a great deal of pride.”
The six-foot Tecumseh, ON native was drafted 21st overall by the Oshawa Generals in the 1st round of the OHL Priority selection in 2015.
