Important Guidelines:
- Ensure your message or proposal is submitted at least 24 hours prior to your chosen game date. For weekend and holiday games, a little extra time is appreciated.
- Game-Time Submissions: Please refrain from sending messages right before or during the game. They won’t make it to the big screen, and we’d hate for you to miss out!
- Limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Your message is not guaranteed to be displayed if requested after the 24-hour advance deadline.
- The Flint Firebirds hold the discretion to approve all messages. Should there be any concerns with your submission, we’ll promptly get in touch.
- Each message for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, or welcome greetings is priced at $25. If you wish to display multiple messages, kindly submit a form for each separate message.
- Always double-check your game date selection to ensure your message is showcased accurately.
- Messages are showcased during the 2nd intermission.
Note: We strive for perfection, but in case of any discrepancies in the displayed information, the Firebirds cannot be held accountable, and refunds may not be applicable.
