WHL Radio Show with Jon Keen, Episode #31 Now Available
WHL this week, we take a look at the dramatic ending in the WHL’s Western Conference Championship with the Seattle Thunderbirds finishing off the Kelowna Rockets in double overtime of Game 7.
The WHL Bantam Draft is set for this coming Thursday in Calgary. We’ll talk to another top prospect heading in. Sasha Mutala of the Burnaby Winter Club is regarded as a top pick out of BC. He’ll be our guest.
Brandon Wheat Kings forward Tanner Kaspic is a nominee for the WHL’s Daryl (Doc) K. Seaman Award for the WHL’s Scholastic Player of the Year. He’ll join us to discuss his success on and off the ice.
Finally, the WHL has unveiled five more names in the Top 50 WHL Players of All-Time countdown. We’ll have players #8-4 on the list. The top three will be announced at the WHL Awards next Wednesday in Calgary.
