Giants alternate captain Levis commits to Bowling Green State University
Vancouver, B.C.- Vancouver Giants alternate captain Connor Levis has announced his commitment to Bowling Green State University.
The 20-year-old forward is expected to join the Falcons for the 2024-25 season upon his graduation from the Western Hockey League.
“I am excited to commit to play Division 1 hockey at Bowling Green State University,” Levis said. “I would like to thank everyone who has supported me along the way.”
A 2023 seventh-round pick of the Winnipeg Jets, Levis has eight goals (including two powerplay markers and a game-winner) and 12 assists for 20 points in 22 games with the G-men.

He’s tied for fourth on the team in points and is on pace for a third-straight 20-plus goal season.
The 6-foot-1, 192-pound winger was originally drafted by the Kamloops Blazers in the first round of the 2019 WHL Prospects Draft.
Levis is closing in on a major points milestone with 84 goals and 114 assists for 198 points in 245 regular season matches.
He’s also racked up four goals and 15 assists in 36 postseason contests, in addition to a goal and three helpers at the 2023 Memorial Cup with the Blazers.
Levis has excelled on the ice and in the classroom, earning the 2022 Daryl K. (Doc) Seaman Memorial Trophy as WHL Scholastic Player of the Year.
During his grade 11 and 12 school years, Levis registered an academic average of 95.6 percent, highlighted by high averages in Electronics and Robotics, Math and Pre-Calculus, Science, Social Studies and English.
