Tigers Shut Down Warriors

WHL GAME SUMMARY  –  TIGERS TV HIGHLIGHTS

Medicine Hat, AB – The Medicine Hat Tigers shutout the Moose Jaw Warriors 4-0 on Saturday night to the delight of the sellout crowd at The Arena.

Tigers defenceman Mark Isherwood scored two goals to lead Medicine Hat, while Linden Vey recorded two assists.

Forward Kale Kessy tallied once and defenceman Jace Coyle added another – his 10th of the season – for the Tigers.

Goaltender Tyler Bunz (26-17-3-2), with his second career shutout, stopped all 35 Moose Jaw shots in the win.

The Tigers were one for three on the power play, while killing off all three Moose Jaw man advantages.

Medicine Hat returns to action on Sunday night against the Kootenay Ice in a battle of Central Division rivals.  Game time is 6:00 PM and can be heard live on CHAT 94.5 FM at tigershockey.com or watched via webcast at livestream.whl.ca.
