VS SWIFT CURRENT: This is the seventh of eight meetings this season between the Broncos and the Tigers. The Tigers currently hold a 2-4-0-0 record vs the Broncos with the most recent being a 2-0 shut-out win for the Tigers on March 5 at Co-op Place. The Broncos have a record of 21-30-5-2 which gives them 49 points and puts them 11th in the Eastern Conference, just two points out of the final playoff spot. Mathew Ward leads the way for the Broncos offensively with 22 goals and 29 assists.

VS EAST DIVISION: The Tigers have a 3-17-2-1 record vs East Division opponents.
LAST GAME: Medicine Hat played host to Connor Bedard and the Regina Pats for a midweek tilt. Pasha Bocharov kicked of the scoring for the Orange and Black after putting home the Teague Patton pass. The Tigers saw another offensive reinforcement return to the lineup in the form of Brendan Lee and he wasted little time making his presence felt. The Seattle, WAS native wasted little time in making his presence known as he ripped home a one-timer off a nice pass from overage forward Logan Barlage to stake the Tabbies to the 2-0 lead. The Tigers surrendered four straight goals, but saved their best for last as Steven Arp tipped home a JVM point shot to draw the Tigers to within one. Then with only 4.6 seconds left on the clock, with the net empty, Brendan Lee buried his second opportunity from in close to push the game to overtime. Overtime would solve nothing so it was off to the shootout. The Tigers got goals from Andrew Basha and Logan Barlage, while Garin Bjorklund was unbeatable, pushing the Tigers to the come from behind victory.
MILESTONES: Tigers Forward Logan Barlage notched his 100th career WHL assist against his former team, the Lethbridge Hurricanes on February 26th in Lethbridge, and forward Carter Chorney played in his 200th career WHL Game on the same evening. Captain Daniel Baker played in his 200th career WHL game on January 21st in Saskatoon. Owen MacNeil appeared in his 100th career WHL game vs the Prince Albert Raiders the following night. Rhett Parsons, Oren Shtrom, Oasiz Wiesblatt, Tyler MacKenzie, Pavel Bocharov, Teague Patton and Brayden Boehm, Ashton Ferster and Reid Andresen have each recently played in their 60th career games.
PLAYER TO WATCH: Brendan Lee only recently came to the Tigers organization, but has truly embraced the Tigers culture and has become one of the most vocal members of the club. Lee has howitzer like shot and specialized in one-timers. He also plays with pace and shows high hockey IQ in all three zones. Lee has a career high 10 goals and 11 assists in 50 games split between the Blades and Tigers.
