TIGERS TV HIGHLIGHTS – GAME SUMMARY
Cranbook, BC – The Kootenay Ice took a 2-0 series lead with a 4-0 win over the Medicine Hat Tigers in Game Two of the Eastern Conference Quarter Finals on Saturday night at the Cranbrook Rec. Complex.
The Ice and Tigers now return to Medicine Hat for Games Three and Four starting Tuesday, March 23rd. Game time is 7:00 PM (MST) and can be heard live on CHAT 94.5 FM at tigershockey.com or watched via webcast at livestream.whl.ca.
In Saturday's game, the Ice scored once in the 1st period, twice in the 2nd period and added one more in the 3rd period as Kootenay outshot the Tigers 29-20.
Goaltender Tyler Bunz (0-2-0) stopped 25 of 29 shots in the loss.
Medicine Hat was 0-5 on the power play, while the Ice went 2 for 7.
