Q: What is Scouts Night & Sleepover?
Scouts Night & Sleepover is an annual event hosted by the Edmonton Oil Kings at Rogers Place. Scouts from across “Oil Country” in Northern Alberta, and beyond, join us for an unforgettable evening of hockey, festivities and fun. Our 9thAnnual event will see the Oil Kings host the Brandon Wheat Kings for a WHL hockey game, with exclusive post-game activities for Scouts and their families.
Q: When does Scouts Night & Sleepover take place, and when will it finish?
A: The event will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 7:00 PM. You can expect the game to conclude around 9:30 PM, with Scout activities beginning almost immediately. Those who are spending the night at Rogers Place will be provided breakfast at 6:30 AM and begin exiting by 7:00 AM.
Q: Where does Scouts Night and Sleepover take place and what time do doors open?
A: The venue for Scouts Night & Sleepover is Rogers Place (10220 104 Avenue, Edmonton) and doors will open at 6:00 PM. Check-in for Scouts will begin at 5:30 PM in Ford Hall.
Q: How much are tickets for this event and what does it include?
A: The price for each attendee is $22 and includes: game ticket, event patch, and all post-game activities, such as the movie, autograph session, sleepover, and breakfast.
Q: What if my family wants to attend, but our troop is not officially participating?

Q: How many Scouts typically attend this game?
A: The game averages over 2,500 Scouts and families of over 50 troops from as far away as Yellowknife, NWT!
Q: Where can I park my bus, and is there a cost?
A: Bus parking is available on site. More detailed information about bus drop-off/pick-up and parking will be available closer to the game date through your designated Oil Kings rep.
Q: Will our troop be sitting together?
A: Yes, although subject to availability we will do our best to ensure that the entire troop will be sitting together.
Q: What if we need to request Accessible Seating?
A: We will do our best to reserve accessible seating if available.
Q: What age does a child have to pay for a ticket?
A: A purchased ticket is required for ages 2 and up, children under the age of two must sit on a guardians lap (unless a ticket is purchased)
