Next Home Game: The Hurricanes will open the 2026-2027 regular season on Friday, September 18th when they welcome Luke Cozens and the Medicine Hat Tigers in the Dairy Queen Home Opener at 7:00pm at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena. Fans can receive two adult tickets to the Dairy Queen Home Opener with the purchase of any two burger/fries/soft drink meals from any Lethbridge DQ location. Some exceptions apply, see in store for details; while supplies last. Tailgate Party: On Friday prior to the Dairy Queen Home Opener, the Hurricanes will host a Tailgate Party running from 5:00pm until 7:00pm in support of United Way Lethbridge & South Western Alberta. Browns Socialhouse will be serving a pair of beef sliders, chips and pop/water by donation while Dime Barber & Salon will be offering barber cuts for a minimum $20.00 donation along with hair colour stencils of Hurricanes and The Dime logos, coloured hair extensions and temporary tattoos, all by donation. Additionally, a beer garden will be available and 106.7 ROCK will provide live music during the event that will take place on the East Plaza of the VisitLethbridge.com Arena. All proceeds will benefit United Way Lethbridge & South Western Alberta.
Season Ticket Pick Up: Hurricanes All Member and Premium Member Season Seat Holders who have not picked up their 2026-2027 Season Ticket packages can do so by visiting the VisitLethbridge.com Arena NE Ticket Centre. Ticket Centre hours are 10:00am until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
41st Annual General Meeting: The Hurricanes will hold their 41st Annual General Meeting for the Shareholders on Monday, September 21st in the National Bank Lounge at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena. Doors will open at 5:00pm with the meeting beginning at 6:00pm. Entrance will be at the NW doors.

Home Away From Home: Browns Socialhouse locations in Lethbridge are the official Home Away From Home for all Hurricanes road games during the 2026-2027 season. Browns West and Browns South will have the ‘Canes road games on their big screen! Visit Browns Socialhouse when the Hurricanes visit the Medicine Hat Tigers at Co-op Place on Saturday at 7:00pm!

Thursday, September 10th – 4-1 Loss vs. Red Deer Rebels: The Hurricanes suffered a 4-1 loss to the Red Deer Rebels on Thursday at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena. Owen Berge scored the lone goal in the defeat while Leif Oaten made 27 saves in the start. Lethbridge was outshot 33-18 by Red Deer in the contest.
Sunday, September 13th – 7-3 Loss at Calgary Hitmen: The ‘Canes ended the 2026 Pre-Season on Sunday afternoon with a 7-3 loss to the Calgary Hitmen at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex. Owen Berge, Oliver Sichtar and Dominick Byrtus scored in the loss while Koen Cleaver made 32-saves. Lethbridge ended the 2026 exhibition season with an 0-4-0-0 record.

Friday, September 18th – vs. Medicine Hat Tigers (7:00pm): The Hurricanes will open the 2026-2027 regular season with the Dairy Queen Home Opener on Friday, September 18th when they welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers at 7:00pm at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena. It will be the first of an opening weekend home-and-home set between the Highway-3 rivals.
Saturday, September 19th – at Medicine Hat Tigers (7:00pm): Lethbridge will visit the Medicine Hat Tigers for their home opener on Saturday at 7:00pm at Co-op Place in the second of an opening weekend home-and-home set. The Hurricanes will visit the Tigers four times this season while Saturday’s match up will be the second of eight regular season meetings.
