ENMAX Pre-Season: Hurricanes continue their ENMAX Pre-Season schedule Friday, September 14^th when they welcome the Swift Current Broncos. Tickets can be purchased for $10.00 (cash only) at any Gas King location in Lethbridge or at the Lethbridge Hurricanes Office.

Dairy Queen Home Opener: The Hurricanes will kick off their 32^nd season on Friday, September 21^st when they host the Medicine Hat Tigers at the ENMAX Centre in the Dairy Queen Home Opener. The ‘Canes will face the Tigers in a season opening home-and-home set for the eighth straight season.

Individual Game Tickets: Individual game tickets and flex packs will go on sale on Wednesday, September 12^th at 9:00am. Tickets will be available for purchase online, in person at the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre or by calling 403-329-SEAT (7328).

Season Tickets Still On Sale: Season Tickets for the 2018-2019 campaign are still available for purchase. Secure your seat for all 34 home games plus season ticket holder perks including priority on Playoff tickets and select pre-sale opportunities for events at the ENMAX Centre. Season Tickets start at $400 and can be purchased by calling 403-329-SEAT (7328).

Season Ticket Pick-Up: The annual Season Ticket Pick-Up will take place on Tuesday, September 11^th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the ENMAX Centre. There will be beef on a bun, you can meet the players and get your season ticket packages.

AGM: The Hurricanes Annual Meeting of the Shareholders will take place on Monday, September 17^th in the Canadian Western Bank Lounge at the ENMAX Centre at 7:00pm. This meeting will be for Hurricanes Shareholders only.

THE WEEK THAT WAS

Saturday, September 8^th – 4-3 OT Win at Red Deer (in Wainwright): The Hurricanes improved to 2-1-0-0 in the ENMAX Pre-Season with a 4-3 overtime victory in Wainwright over the Red Deer Rebels on Saturday. Logan Barlage scored the overtime winner 3:35 into the extra session. Noah Boyko, Zach Cox and Adam Hall all scored in regulation. Reece Klassen went the distance earning the victory making 33 saves.

THIS WEEK’S GAME SCHEDULE

Friday, September 14^th – vs. Swift Current: The Hurricanes continue the 2018 ENMAX Pre-Season schedule this Friday as they welcome the Swift Current Broncos to the ENMAX Centre. It will be the first meeting since the 2018 WHL Playoffs. Tickets are $10.00, cash only, and can be purchased at Gas King or the Lethbridge Hurricanes Office.

Saturday, September 15^th – at Swift Current: The Hurricanes will conclude the 2018 ENMAX Pre-Season on Saturday when they travel to face the Broncos in Swift Current. It will be the ‘Canes final tune up game before the regular season begins.

NEWS & NOTES

Four Away: The Hurricanes currently have four players attending NHL Training Camps. Captain Jordy Bellerive and defenseman Calen Addison are both attending the Pittsburgh Penguins camp. Rearguard Igor Merezhko is at Calgary Flames camp while goaltender Akira Schmid is currently attending the New Jersey Devils Camp.

ENMAX Pre-Season: After three games of the 2018 ENMAX Pre-Season, the Hurricanes have a record of 2-1-0-0. The ‘Canes have earned wins over the Medicine Hat Tigers and the Red Deer Rebels with their lone defeat also coming to the Tigers. The ‘Canes will play a home-and-home with the Swift Current Broncos this coming weekend to round out exhibition play.
