Gordie Howe Tribute Jerseys – Part 1
This Friday night – February 3rd – is Canadian Direct Insurance Legends Night featuring Gordie Howe, as your Giants host the division-leading Kamloops Blazers at 7:30pm!
We’ll be handing out free posters for the first 5,000 people through the doors, plus every fan in attendance will receive a scratch card when entering the rink which will reveal whether they are one of 100 lucky fans who get to meet “Mr. Hockey” himself!
Plus for this night only, the Giants will hit the ice wearing a special tribute jersey in honour of one of the game’s all-time greats – Gordie Howe! The jersey will be unveiled to the public this Thursday, but you can get a sneak-peek right here on VancouverGiants.com as we reveal a new portion of the jersey each day leading up to the event.
Today’s photo shows a classic lace-up collar, a white upper body and red trim.
