When does your season run?
The regular season runs from mid-September through mid-April. Playoffs run from late March through mid-May.
Are Giants games ever broadcast?
All Giants regular season and playoff games can be heard on Sportsnet 650 or Sportsnet 650’s website. All games can also be viewed via CHL TV here. In addition, our games are occasionally aired on TSN.
Where does the team practice? Can the public attend?
The Giants practice at the Ladner Leisure Centre or the Langley Events Centre, although times vary. Most practices are open to the public.
How do I get to the Langley Events Centre?
The Langley Events Centre is located just south of the intersection of 200 Street and 80 Avenue in Langley, BC. When driving on Highway 1, take the 200 Street exit, then turn right onto 200 Street. Use Google maps to find us.
Is there a contact for items that are either lost or found at the Langley Events Centre on game days?
If you find any items that are lost or found at a Giants game, you can contact the Langley Events Centre by calling (604)882.8800 or emailing [email protected].
Does public transit run past the Langley Events Centre?
Buses to the LEC depart from Skytrain Stations Lougheed Town Centre and Surrey Central. From Lougheed Town Centre Station Bay 1 take Bus 555 Port Mann Exp /Carvolth Exch to Carvolth Exchange then take Bus 595 Langley Ctr to SB 200 St FS 80 Ave. From Surrey Central Station Bay 13 take Bus 501 Langley St to SB 200 St FS 80 Ave.
How do I buy a ticket(s)?
Tickets can be purchased over the phone, online or at the Langley Events Centre Ticket Office.
Can I buy tickets at the door on game days/game-night?
Yes, depending on availability. The Ticket Office at the Langley Events Centre is open Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am – 3:00pm. Game days the Ticket Office is open until the end of the 1st period.
What type of fees are there on your tickets?
Fees vary depending on whether you purchase tickets online, over the phone or at the box office. $2.50 per ticket when purchased online or over the phone. Season tickets and group tickets are not subject to fees.
What is the benefit of purchasing tickets ahead of time?
Additional service fees may apply on game days when purchasing at the Ticket Office. Furthermore, purchasing tickets ahead of time ensures that you will have access to the best seats possible.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets can be e-mailed, mailed or picked-up at the Ticket Office / Giants Office. Some fees can apply depending on the option chosen.
What is your refund policy?
Once a ticket is purchased there are no refunds, only transfers. Payments can be transferred to a future purchase.
I need to pick up tickets at Will Call. When can I do that and where is it located?
The Will Call windows (part of the Ticket Office at the Langley Events Centre) are open during the Ticket Office hours outlined above. Will Call tickets will only be available for that night’s game.
I have a voucher for a free ticket. What do I do with it?
Simply bring the voucher to the Ticket Office at the Langley Events Centre and redeem it for a free ticket to that night’s game (subject to availability). You may also redeem vouchers for a future game in the same manner.
What age does a child require a ticket?
Children aged 2 and older require a ticket to gain admission. Children younger than 2 may sit on a parent’s lap.

Are pre-season games included in my season tickets?
For the 2021-2022 season, pre-season games will be included in season tickets.
Are there parking passes available?
Only for Platinum Club Seat Season Ticket Holders, which gives these holders preferred area parking for each game. All additional parking is complementary and subject to availability.
How much are Giants Season Tickets? What benefits are included?

What are the benefits of sitting in the Platinum Club Seats?
You will have access to a server who will take your order and deliver it directly to your seat. You will also have access to premium reserved parking each game.
I am a previous season ticket holder with credit left on my account, what are the next steps?
Your remaining credit will be applied towards a 2022-2023 Vancouver Giants ticket package. For more information about your account, please contact your Personal Account Representative or call 604.4.GIANTS (604.444.2687).
What is the “Giant Marketplace” and how does it work?
This exclusive Season Ticket Holder benefit can be seen at VancouverGiants.com/marketplace. If you own/operate a small business or are a representative for a larger company, you can receive a listing on the Giant Marketplace all season long, absolutely free, with your Season Ticket purchase. And even if you don’t run a small business, we invite you to visit the Giant Marketplace as a resource tool the next time you need to hire a painter, landscaper, realtor, etc., so you can do business within the Giants family, with fellow Giants fans!
I’ve lost my season tickets for tonight – what do I do?
Call our Ticket Department at 604.444.2687 as far in advance of your arrival as possible.
Do I get my regular seats for other events at the LEC?
No. Since other events are not under our control we cannot promise your seats for those events. Also, since the set-up for each event is different, there is no guarantee your section will even be available. The exact seat offering will vary for each event.
Do I get my seats for the WHL playoffs?
Yes. You have first right of refusal on your seats for the WHL playoffs. Playoff Invoices are mailed in the middle of February. Please contact our Ticket Department at 604.444.2687 for more information.

How does the White Spot Pack work?
A standard White Spot Pack includes 4 tickets, a $40 White Spot gift card. There are 3 White Spot Pack seating locations to choose from starting at $125.

We cannot guarantee the authenticity of secondary market tickets. We highly recommend that you purchase tickets directly from the Giants or Ticket Office.
GAME INFORMATION
When do the doors open on game nights?
90 minutes before face-off unless otherwise advertised.
How long are your games usually?
Games usually run for approximately 2½ hours.
Where can I purchase Giants Merchandise?
Giants Merchandise can be purchased online at http://vancouver-giants.myshopify.com/ or during games at the Giants Store. Store hours are Wednesday to Saturday 11:00am to 6:00pm (extended to 7:00pm or 7:30pm on game days, depending on start time).
Game days (Sun, Mon, Tue) Store opens 4 hours prior to game time will close once the game begins. Concourse merchandise location will be open to service fans during the game as well as pre and post game.
How many home games in a season?
The Giants play a total of 68 regular season games, 34 of which are played at home. Depending on the Giants position in the standings at the end of the regular season, there may be additional games in the WHL playoffs. Playoffs are always best of 7 series.
How old are the players / what exactly is the WHL?
The age range of WHL players is 16-19. Additionally, each team is allowed three 20 year old players referred to as Overage Players. The WHL is one of three leagues that constitute the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) as the highest level of junior hockey in Canada.
Can I bring outside food/drink inside the arena?
No outside food/drink is permitted in the facility.
Is there beer, wine, liquor?
Yes. It can be purchased at most concessions by an adult over the age of 19. Two pieces of ID will be requested.
How do I get a birthday wish up on the big screen during a game?
All birthday wishes must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] and must be received at least 48 hours before game time. Please provide the name, age (if you want it displayed), and the game date in your e-mail. Due to space limitations we are not able to post who the messages are from. The Giants reserve the right to edit/deny any requests that are deemed inappropriate, submitted later than 48 hours of game time, or due to space limitations. Note that birthday wishes are usually posted on the centre ice video screen during the second or third period of play. Wishes are not announced over he public address system.
Are cameras allowed at the games?
Video cameras and professional stop-motion cameras are not permitted without obtaining an official Giants media pass. Personal stop-motion cameras are permitted, although any pictures you take may not be sold or distributed for profit.

Can my organization partake in the 50/50?
We reserve almost all 50/50 opportunities for Lower Mainland Minor Hockey Associations as this is the best way for us to give back to our local minor hockey community. 50/50 nights are assigned by Association, not by individual team, and only to those Associations who pledge participation in our Fundraising program in June of each off-season. Since we cannot accommodate every 50/50 request, we do offer other fundraising opportunities for individual teams of any sport or other organizations in general. MINOR HOCKEY
Can my minor hockey team partake in the 50/50?
We reserve almost all 50/50 opportunities for Lower Mainland Minor Hockey Associations. 50/50 nights are assigned by Association, not by individual team, and only to those Associations who pledge participation in our Fundraising program in June of each off-season. It is then up to the Association to determine who receives the 50/50 profits. Since we cannot accommodate every 50/50 request, we do offer other fundraising opportunities for individual teams. Can my team skate in the intermission game?
This opportunity is reserved for those Minor Hockey Associations that participate in our Fundraising Program (including 50/50 and program sales). The “host association” for each game has the right to choose what team(s) participate in the intermission game on their host night.
Can my son/daughter be the “Seventh Man”?
The same policy applies here as for the intermission games.
