2012/13 Season Ticket Enhancements & Pricing
The Vancouver Giants are pleased to announce some exciting changes to the Giants Season Ticket Experience, as well as pricing for the 2012/13 WHL Season.
Enhanced Customer Service.
We have expanded our Ticket Sales & Service Department to serve you better. We’re here to help you all season long, with personalized service and a fan-first approach. The Vancouver Giants remain focused on building quality, long-standing relationships with all of our Season Ticket Holders. Our goal has always been to provide you with exceptional customer service, an exciting on-ice product, and the best entertainment value in the city.
Greater Functionality.
We also recently announced a forthcoming change to our ticketing partners. On May 1, 2012 we will no longer be affiliated with Ticketmaster. On this day we will begin a new partnership with TicketOps – a Canadian-owned ticketing specialist company, powered by Paciolan software – the second-largest ticketing software company in North America. This change will introduce more functionality and flexibility to the season ticket experience. New services like online account management, automated payment plans and the ability to share season tickets via email, will all become a reality.
Promising Future.
On the ice, there is much to be excited about. We have a strong core of young players currently on the roster, with more great prospects on the way. We are building towards returning to championship form in the very near future, and with that in mind we are setting our sights on bringing junior hockey’s biggest events back to the Pacific Coliseum. We’ve hosted some of the most successful events of the past decade – the CHL All-Star Game, CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game, IIHF World Junior Championships, and the Memorial Cup. Giants Season Ticket Holders will get preferential access to tickets for these events when they return to Vancouver.

These prices include HST and cover all 36 regular season home games.
