To provide a fun, safe, family friendly experience for all, the Spokane Chiefs have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct.
Out of respect for fellow guests, players, staff, and Numerica Veterans Arena employees, all guests are prohibited from:
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language or gestures. This is defined as language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the Numerica Veterans Arena.
- Throwing or tossing objects
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive
- Accessing areas of Numerica Veterans Arena without a proper ticket, pass, or credential
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way
- Bringing prohibited items into Numerica Veterans Arena, which include:
- Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms and pocketknives
- Cans or bottles including metal water bottles
- Cameras, video cameras and recording devices
- Outside alcohol
- Throwable items such as hacky sacs and beach balls
- Flags or signs with sticks in or on them
- Laser pointers
- Large purses, backpacks and bags
- Fireworks
- Artificial noise makers
- Outside food and beverage
- Coolers
- Wallet chains
- Animals with the exception of service animals to aid guests with disabilities
- Air horns or other distracting noise makers
- Visibly obscene, indecent, or inappropriate clothing
- Any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any participant, other guests, audio or audio/visual broadcast or recording of the game, or any technology related service provided in Numerica Veterans Arena.
The Spokane Chiefs request that all patrons abide by all other Numerica Veterans Arena policies located at https://numericaarena.com/policies.php
- Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from Numerica Veterans Arena, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences.
- Fans are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest front office team member. This can be done in person, at Guest Services located near the main entrance at Numerica Veterans Arena, or by emailing [email protected].
