Broncos Announce New Additions to Staff for 2016-17 Season
SWIFT CURRENT, SK – The Swift Current Broncos are proud to announce two new additions to the Broncos office with the hiring of Brad Trojan and Tracy Prang.
Brad Trojan enters his first season with the Swift Current Broncos as the Club’s new Communications and Game Day Manager. Brad will be responsible for all communications and social media initiatives on behalf of the Broncos as well as game day activities for the Broncos upcoming 50th season. Brad previously held the position of Website & New Media Coordinator for 18 months with the Western Hockey League at their head office in Calgary, AB. Prior to his time in the WHL, the native of Barrie, ON was a Media Relations Intern with the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League during the 2012/13 season and also completed internships with the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Charlotte Checkers. Brad is a graduate of the Sports Administration program at Laurentian University and is currently working on completing his MBA in Sports Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
Tracy Prang enters her first season with the Broncos as Retail Services Manager but has spent four seasons with the organization as a Game Day Assistant in various capacities. In this role, Tracy will oversee operations of the Bronco’s team souvenir store, ticket sales and game day initiatives. The Swift Current native attended Broncos’ games regularly growing up while her family also served as Billet families for many players throughout the 1980’s. Tracy is proud to call Swift Current her home and resides here with her husband Sheldon and three grown children.
The entire Broncos organization would like to welcome Brad and Tracy and their families to Swift Current, as we look forward to the 50th Season of Broncos hockey at the Credit Union I-plex. Broncos training camp is set to begin at the end of August with the season opener set for September 23rd at the Credit Union I-plex against the Saskatoon Blades.
