2018 Broncos Training Camp Announced
Swift Current, SK – The Swift Current Broncos Hockey Club have released their 2018 Training Camp schedule as sponsored by Décor Complete Limited.
Training camp will occur at the Innovation Credit Union I-Plex this season after the club hosted last year’s training camp at Fairview Arena due to renovations at the I-Plex.
Registration and fitness training will be executed throughout the afternoon into the evening on Sunday, August 26th.
Training camp will include select players returning from the 2017-18 Championship season and will include on-ice practices commencing on Monday morning at 9:00am with all players being split amongst four different squads. The squads are listed as follows: Team Black, Team Blue, Team White and Team Grey. Scrimmage play will happen in the latter portion of the afternoon as well as throughout the day on Tuesday.
Wednesday will consist of 3-on-3 and 4-on-4 scrimmages while goalies will hit the ice for a session from 12:30pm – 1:15pm.
2018 Training Camp Roster & Teams
To round out training camp, the annual Blue vs. White intra-squad game will be held on Thursday, August 30th at the Innovation Credit Union i-Plex from 1:00pm – 3:30pm. Fans can attend the Blue vs. White game for free as well as all training camp on-ice sessions. Fans are also welcome to make donations to TeleMiracle at the main entrance during the Blue vs. White game.
