BLADES SELECT CAMERON HEBIG IN 3RD ROUND
With the 56th selection of the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft, the Saskatoon Blades have selected Saskatoon-native Cameron Hebig.
Hebig is a centreman and spent this season with the Saskatoon Frostbite of the Saskatoon bantam league. In 40 games this season, the 5’7 forward posted 40 goals and 72 points.
“Cameron is a really skilled forward that plays with a ton of energy and has a great skillset,” says Saskatoon Blades Assistant General Manager Jarrod Brodsky. “He scored at a goal-per-game pace this season and he competes hard and plays much bigger than his size.”
The Saskatoon Blades are pleased to welcome Cameron Hebig and his family to the organization.
