Our purpose as an organization is “to create a sense of pride and belonging through entertainment.” We count on our dedicated Blue Crew team members to help us create that pride and show our community how much fun a Blades game can really be!

I am looking forward to the prospect of remaining part of a game that has helped shaped my identity. The opportunity to continue contributing to an activity that holds such significance in my life fills me with a sense of purpose and excitement.
