Kitchener Rangers Spring Camp 2018 – Day 2 Results
Kitchener Rangers 2018 Spring Camp continued Saturday with a pair of practices and a pair of games scheduled; the first game a meeting between Team Gibson (White) and Team Landeskog (Blue).
In the morning game, Alex Dominique scored once in regulation and added the winner in the shootout as Team Gibson picked up a 4-3 win over Team Landeskog.
Kyle Van Compernolle and Anthony Pinelli were the other goal scorers for Team Gibson, while Dylan Winsor, Joseph Serpa, Isaac Langdon and Dayten Lylyk all earned assists.
Kobe Desmond scored a pair of goals to counter for Team Landeskog, while Blake Frost scored the team’s other goal. Declan McDonnell, Matt Gordon, Ben Stewart and Will Caston each picked up assists.
Anthony Tremonte earned the win in goal, while Douglas Connor was dealt the loss.
The second game of the day saw Team Skinner score three unanswered goals to skate to a 3-1 win over Team Landeskog.
Reid Valade and Matthew McCullough each tallied a goal and an assist in the win, while Ryan O’Hara also scored for Team Skinner. Carter Tresoor, TJ Hughes, and Ben Sheppard all earned assists.
Dakota Betts scored the lone goal for Team Landeskog, with Matt Gordon and Ben Stewart notching assists.
