Rangers send 11 players to NHL Development Camps
Kitchener, Ont. – A total of 11 Kitchener Rangers have been invited to NHL Development Camps after the conclusion of the 2023 NHL Draft.
Matthew Andonovski (Ottawa), Hunter Brzustewicz (Vancouver) and Carson Rehkopf (Seattle), who were recently selected in the 2023 NHL Draft this week, will attend their club’s camps.
Six other NHL Drafted Rangers that will be at NHL Development Camps are Francesco Arcuri (Dallas), Tomas Hamara (Ottawa), Filip Mesar (Montreal), Francesco Pinelli (Los Angeles), Roman Schmidt (Tampa Bay) and Danny Zhilkin (Winnipeg).
Meanwhile, Mitchell Martin (Ottawa) and Matthew Sop (Toronto) have earned free agent invites to camps after spending this past season in Kitchener.
In total, 11 Kitchener Rangers will attend development camps with nine different NHL teams, with the Ottawa Senators leading the way inviting three Rangers.
