OTTERS ACQUIRE PICKS IN TRADE WITH KNIGHTS
Erie, Pennsylvania – Erie Otters General Manager Dave Brown announced today that the team has acquired two selections in this weekend’s OHL Priority Selection in a trade with the London Knights.
The Otters receive London’s 6th Round Pick and 8th Round Picks in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection in exchange for a 2022 6th Round Pick and a 2023 6th Round Pick.
The trade gives the Otters 13 picks in the two-day annual Priority Selection.

For the first time since the implementation of the annual Priority Selection online in 2001, the event will be held over the course of two days, with Rounds 1-3 being held on Friday, June 4 beginning at 7:00 PM. Rounds 4-15 will take place on Saturday, June 5 beginning at 9:00 AM. The 2021 OHL Priority Selection presented by Real Canadian Superstore will largely see the top players born in 2005 within OHL jurisdiction eligible to be selected on June 4-5, with proceedings streamed live on the OHL’s YouTube channel.
