HOW TO ADD TICKETS TO YOUR DIGITAL WALLET:
When you log into MyTickets from a mobile device you have the option to add tickets to your wallet. Patrons with Iphones must use Safari for the web browser and Android users must use Chrome for their web browser. See below for more details on how to add tickets to your wallet.
Step 1: Click on the ticket and then click add to apple wallet
Step 2: Click “add” at the top right to add the ticket to your wallet
Step 3: Go to your wallet app on your phone to view the tickets in your wallet
Step 4: Click on the game ticket to bring it up on your phone

Am I able to print my tickets out electronically?
Yes, you are able to print your tickets out electronically through your online account manager.
Can I access my tickets on my mobile device?
Yes, you are able to access your tickets through your online account by logging into your web browser or by downloading the Otters app and clicking on “My Tickets” in the dropdown menu.
Can I add my tickets to my “digital wallet” on my mobile device?
Yes, you are able to access your tickets through your digital wallet by adding them ahead of time. See steps above to add your tickets to your wallet.
Can I exchange my tickets online?
At this point you are not able to exchange tickets online. To exchange tickets please call the Otters ticket office at 814-455-7779.
Can I forward my tickets to someone else electronically if I can’t make it to a game?
Yes, through your online account manager you are able to electronically transfer your tickets to someone else.
I logged into my account but my tickets aren’t showing up in my dashboard?
Please reach out to the Otters ticket office at 814-455-7779 and someone will be able to assist you.
