As a season ticket holder, you can post your tickets for individual game resale in a safe and authorized manner. Please note that this does not guarantee that your tickets will sell.
Included below is the process for how to register your account, and also return your tickets for public sale.
By clicking here, you can activate your online season ticket account for this program. Please use your account number (which can be found on the top of each of your season ticket booklets, eight digit number beginning with 80), and your PIN, (four digit number provided automatically generated by our ticketing system). Your tickets must be posted for sale a minimum of 3 days prior to each game. If the tickets do not sell, they will be returned to your account 2 days prior to that game. As soon as you post your tickets for sale, the original ticket barcodes are voided. Please ensure that you are posting the correct game, as there is no way of reinstating a voided ticket.
If the tickets DO sell, a credit for the price you paid per ticket will be applied to your account, which can be used for playoff purchases or season ticket renewals for the following season.
If the tickets DO NOT sell, you will receive an email notifying you that the tickets did not sell, and you will receive (via email) new Print At Home tickets to be used for the game, as the previous tickets will no longer be valid. If the tickets do not sell, no credit will be applied to your account.
An administrative fee will apply for any accounts which post more than 10 games for sale throughout the season.

Instructions on posting your tickets for sale
London Knights Ticket return is a secure site, which allows season ticket holders to post their tickets for sale for regular season games which they are unable to attend.
- Sign into your season ticket account, by clicking here, and using your email address and password.
- Ensure all your contact information (especially your email address) is correct.
- Under the “My Tickets” tab on the right hand side of the screen select “RETURN” (Please note this function is not available on phones, and can only be accessed through computers or tablets)
- From the list of games provided, please select the game you are looking to return your tickets for.
- If you are looking to return more than one game, this process will need to be repeated for each game separately.
- Once you have selected the game, you will need to select the seat(s) you wish to return for sale.
- Please note that you are not required to return all of the seats in your account (ie. you can post 2 of 4 tickets)
- Once you have selected the seat(s) you wish to return, please hit the “Next” button on the bottom right hand of the page.
- Please confirm the game and seat(s) you have selected to return are correct.
- Once this process has been completed, your current tickets will be voided, and there is no way to undo this process.
- Once this has been confirmed, please hit the “Yes, Process Return” button.
- You will land on a summary page, which will outline the games and seats which were returned for public sale, and a confirmation email will be sent to your account, with the same information.
- To return to your account, please click on the button on the bottom left hand side of the page “Go To My Account”
- If you are done, you can log out of your account. If you are looking to return additional games, you can repeat the process, beginning with step 4.
