KNIGHTS AND OTTERS CLASH AHEAD OF CHRISTMAS BREAK
The London Knights will head on the road one last time before the holiday break as they head to Erie, PA for the first time this season.
Wednesday afternoon saw a blockbuster deal where the Knights acquired star defenceman and Washington Capitals prospect Cam Allen from the Guelph Storm in exchange for Noah Jenken and seven draft picks. Allen just returned from Canada’s World Junior Selection Camp and is expected to be in the lineup tonight wearing #17. He joins a Knights team that took 2/3 wins over the Rangers and Spitfires this past weekend.
Sam Alfano powered the Otters to a big 8-2 win over the Saginaw Spirit just days ago. Noah Erliden continues to be steady in the Otters net and is building a successful rookie campaign in the OHL. The Knights and Otters have split the season series at Canada Life Place in London so far.
Puck drop is set for 7:00pm from the Erie Insurance Arena.
