As a bearer of tickets to each game you acknowledge the risks incidental to any game, whether occurring before, after or during the event itself.
It is the responsibility of the Season Ticket Holder to enjoy the game in a respectable manner for yourself and those around you.
It is the goal of the London Knights Hockey Club to provide a safe, comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere for all.
Behaviour and Etiquette at Games
As a courtesy to other fans, please wait for a stoppage in play to leave or return to your seat.
Additionally, please be aware and courteous to those around you, with regards to personal space (including kicking seats in front of you) and language or conversations which others may find offensive.
The following behaviours will not be tolerated, and may cause ejection from the game, and loss of season tickets.
- Behaviour which is deemed to be offensive, unruly, or hostile
- Language or gestures which are abusive or inappropriate for a family friendly event
- Causing property damage
- Appearance of intoxication, or providing alcohol to minors
- Interruptions or interference with the game
If it is deemed you are causing interruptions as listed above during a game, you may be subject to removal from that game, and will not receive compensation for any portion of the event which is missed.
If behaviours are ongoing, it may cause your season tickets to be revoked by the London Knights at the discretion of staff.
Metal Detectors
For your safety and the safety all those who enter Budweiser Gardens, you will be required to enter through a metal detector.
Others using your tickets
If tickets for an individual game are ruined, lost or stolen, only the season ticket holder with proper ID will be allowed to reprint the ticket. If the season ticket holder is not present, we will need to be notified in advance that the ticket needs to be replaced. All replacement tickets are subject to a $2.00 per ticket fee.
If both the original and replacement tickets show up at the game, the replacement ticket will be deemed as the valid ticket for that game.
Promotional use of tickets – the London Knights must be contacted for any use of tickets for promotional purposes.
Season Ticket Ownership Changes
Ownership of season tickets cannot be transferred to another individual unless that person is a member of your immediate family, and the tickets stay within the family itself. If you chose to not renew or forfeit your rights to season tickets the tickets then become property of the London Knights Hockey Club.
Personal Belongings
London Knights are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
All fans entering events are subject to searches of any personal item brought into the arena. Items which are deemed dangerous or not authorized to enter the venue will be confiscated. Please see additional information regarding the use of detectors at Budweiser Gardens.
Code of Conduct
Merchandise Discounts
As a season ticket holder, you receive a 15% discount on all regular priced merchandise at the London Knights Armoury and kiosk locations. Only the primary season ticket holder listed on the account receives this discount, as it is non-transferable. To receive the discount, please show your ticket prior to payment.
Playoffs
For all playoff games, you receive first right of refusal for your seats. We do offer a full playoff package, as well as purchasing your tickets on a round by round basis. The deadline to claim your seats for is 3 business days prior to the beginning of each round.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating arrangements can be made by calling Director of Ticketing, Cindy Mitro at 519-681-0800 ext. 6445. Tickets will be assigned on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.
