The Niagara IceDogs are turning up the excitement for the 2026-27 season with the release of this year’s promotional schedule, featuring fan-favourite traditions, special theme nights, community initiatives and new events throughout the season.
From the Home Opener to the 20th Annual Teddy Bear Toss, Dog Country Christmas and Fan Appreciation Day, fans can expect hard-hitting IceDogs Hockey and an electric atmosphere.
The promotional schedule kicks off on Saturday, September 19, when the IceDogs welcome fans to the Meridian Centre for the Home Opener presented by Carlsberg.
Fans can then look forward to a season packed with special events, including Rivalry Week, Halloween celebrations, Bones’ Birthday Bash, Thursday Night Football in Niagara in support of Jumpstart, and the return of the annual Teddy Bear Toss presented by Pet Valu.
The IceDogs will also celebrate the holiday season with Dog Country Christmas before ringing in 2027 with Rockin’ New Year’s Eve.
As the season continues, fans will have the opportunity to meet their favourite players at Autograph Day, come together for Dog Country Fights Cancer in support of the Rankin Cancer Run, and celebrate country music with Country Night.
The promotional calendar will wrap up with Fan Appreciation Day on March 19.
