IceDogs Return Home Looking for Redemption
Tonight, your IceDogs are returning home for a two game home stand in which they are looking for some redemption against Saginaw Spirit. After a 3-0 loss last weekend, the ‘Dogs have regrouped and are ready to get back in the winning column.
The IceDogs will have to keep their eye on defensemen Roberto Mancini, who was the second star of their last battle. Rookie Mancini kicked off Saginaw’s scoring last weekend and proved to be threat from the back end. Mancini is sitting with 1 goal and 2 points in 2 games played.
Oliver Castleman is looking to get back on the scoresheet after starting the season with a four game point streak. Castleman has 3 goals and 7 points in the first 5 games of the season and is not afraid to shoot with 14 shots on net this season.
