PACKAGE 3
Package 3 is the only package available at the moment. Package 3 is a 3-year package. It allows you to reserve your seat for the next three years at the SLUSH PUPPIE CENTER.
In order to reserve your seat, you will have to fill out the following form and send it to us as soon as possible. You can then, AND AT ANY TIME, send us the form by one of the following options AND BEFORE APRIL 16, 2021:

- By phone : 819-773-7360 (leave us a message and we will call you back).
Don’t wait until the last minute and reserve your season pass now. Rates will increase considerably after the deadline.
Full payment for the season will be made at a later date, however a deposit of $50 per seat will be required to reserve and confirm your chosen seats. If you select the telephone payment option, we will contact you. You must still send us your subscription form.
