Attention young hockey fans! The Charlottetown Islanders are thrilled to host the U9 Jamboree at the Eastlink Centre on January 19th—a fantastic event for minor hockey teams from the area. This day is packed with excitement, giving kids a chance to experience the magic of playing on the same ice as their favourite hometown team!
Event Highlights:
•Games on Eastlink Centre Ice: Each team will get the exciting experience of playing right on the Islanders’ home rink, enjoying a true game-day feel and memories to last a lifetime.
•Dressing Room Experience: Players will get a behind-the-scenes look of the Islanders’ dressing room, where they will be getting ready for the big game.
•Meet the Islanders Players: They will even get the chance to meet some Charlottetown Islanders players! This is a special opportunity to grab an autograph, ask questions, and take photos with their hockey heroes.
•Off-Ice Fun and Activities: Beyond the on-ice games, the U9 Jamboree will feature fun off-ice activities and games that everyone can enjoy, creating a festival atmosphere for kids, parents, and fans alike.
Join the Islanders for their January 25th game against the Gatineau Olympiques! Your team can sit together in the same section, proudly sporting your jerseys to show your support. All participating players will receive a complimentary ticket. Please note that a minimum of 20 tickets must be purchased by the team in order to take part in this exciting experience.
