General Manager Jim Hulton announced a trade Sunday evening that acquired 18-year-old defenseman Carl-Étienne Michel from the Sherbrooke Phoenix in exchange for a 7th-round draft pick in 2023.
Michel is a native of Magog, QC, and has suited up for 78 career games for the Phoenix. He stands at 6’00” and 187 pounds. He was a 3rd round selection (56th overall) for the Phoenix in the 2020 QMJHL draft.
