The Penticton Vees announced today they have acquired Danish 2006-born forward Tristan Petersen from the Saskatoon Blades in exchange for a 2027 9th Round Pick. 

Petersen played two seasons with the Vees before being acquired by the Blades via waivers this off-season. With the Vees last season, the 20-year-old had 18 goals and 36 points in 63 games. 

The Danish forward was one of five players last season to make the jump from the BCHL to the WHL with the Vees. 

Petersen stands 6-FOOT-2 and 192 lbs. He was a member of the Danish World Juniors team last year registering one goal and one assist in five games.
