Royals forward Lisowsky commits to Colorado College
Victoria, B.C.- Victoria Royals forward Brandon Lisowsky has announced his commitment to Colorado College.
The 20-year-old will join the Tigers for the 2025-26 season after closing out his overage season in the WHL.
Lisowsky is on pace for a fourth-straight 30-plus goal season.
The 5-foot-9, 180-pound winger has 27 goals and 23 assists for 50 points and a +16 rating through 34 games this season.
Seven of those points (5G-2A) have come in the five matches since the veteran was traded to Victoria.

The Saskatoon Blades drafted Lisowsky with the ninth overall pick in the 2019 WHL Prospects Draft.
He went on to play parts of six seasons in the Bridge City before the 2025 pre-Trade Deadline swap with the Royals.
The Port Coquitlam, B.C. product is sitting on a major milestone with 148 career goals and 127 assists for 275 points in 261 regular-season matches.
In 2024, he also helped the Blades record the franchise’s first 50-win season in 13 years as Saskatoon clinched the Scotty Munro Memorial Trophy as WHL regular season champions.
Lisowsky tallied another 13 goals and 22 assists in 39 playoff contests, including a massive three-goal, three-assist series against the eventual 2024 Moose Jaw Warriors in a historic Eastern Conference Championship that saw six of seven games go to overtime.
Victoria (23-11-3-4) is on a 6-0-0-1 run with wins in seven of their last 10 games to sit second in the B.C. Division, though they’ve tied the leading Prince George Cougars in points.
The Royals kick off a three-game homestand with the chance to seize the Division lead when the Brandon Wheat Kings (19-13-3-2) on Wednesday, January 15 at 7:05 p.m. PST.
