Wheat Kings sign first-overall WHL U.S. Priority selection Ellingsen
Brandon, Man. – The Brandon Wheat Kings have signed 2010-born forward Levi Ellingsen to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Ellingsen was selected by the Wheat Kings with the first-overall pick in the 2025 WHL U.S. Priority Draft.
The 5-foot-11 product of Pasco, Wash., spent the 2024-25 campaign with STAR Hockey Academy 14U AAA of the CSSHL, tallying 54 points (24G-30A) in 34 games.
At the 46th annual John Reid Memorial Tournament in St. Albert, Alta., Ellingsen recorded 11 points (4G-7A) in five games.
