THE TEDDY BEAR TOSS IS BACK!
Everyone’s favorite holiday event is back again this year. The Medicine Hat News and the Tigers are proud to present our annual Teddy Bear Toss game Saturday, December 1st against the Lethbridge Hurricanes at the Arena.
Past seasons’ Teddy Bear Tosses have been a blast and helped collect donations for the Salvation Army of Medicine Hat. Fans are encourage to bring stuffed animals or winter gear (toques, gloves, mitts, etc) to the game. When the Tigers score their first goal, everyone will toss their items onto the ice! Please ensure that all items are bagged to keep moisture out and for easy pickup by those on the playing surface.
Fans are also encouraged to bring a food donation to the game as well which will go to help feed those less fortunate at this time of year. Food donations will be collected in the main lobby entrance at the Medicine Hat Arena.
So on Saturday, December 1st make sure to bring your holiday cheer and generosity with you to the Tigers game vs the Lethbridge Hurricanes…see you at the Arena!
