ORIENTATION CAMP STARTS FRIDAY
Medicine Hat, AB — The Medicine Hat Tigers will hit the ice on Friday night as their annual prospects orientation camp will kick off at the Family Leisure Centre. The camp also has a competitive feel to it, as the players will be divided into Team White and Black and will compete to take home the Orientation Camp trophy (won by Team White last year).
The Orientation Camp provides the Tigers with an opportunity to introduce the latest crop of draft picks and listed players to the organization while giving the coaching staff an opportunity to evaluate those who attended last year’s camp. All of the club’s ’02, ’01 and some ’00-born drafted and listed players have been invited to the camp.
All on-ice sessions will be open to the public and admission is free during the Orientation Camp, so stop by the Leisure Centre this weekend and get a hands-on look at the next generation of Medicine Hat Tigers!
