GERLACH NAMED TO USA WORLD JUNIOR SUMMER SHOWCASE
Medicine Hat, AB — Each August, USA Hockey invites approximately 40 players to its U.S. National Junior Evaluation Camp. The camp, which will take place in 2017 at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan, is part of the process to select the U.S. National Junior Team that will compete at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship, which takes place each December.
The 2017 World Junior Summer Showcase will take place at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth, Michigan, from July 28-Aug. 5, 2017. The week-long camp will include 12 international competitions between Canada, Finland, Sweden and the United States in preparation for the 2018 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship that will take place Dec. 26, 2017 – Jan. 5, 2018, in Buffalo, New York.
