VS REGINA: This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the Tigers and the Pats. The Pats hold the edge in the season series 3 games to none with the most recent being a 2-0 win in Regina on February 23rd. Regina currently has a record of a 22-27-3-1 and sits in 9th spot in the Eastern Conference and sixth in the East Division. They are only two points back of the Prince Albert Raiders for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Easter Conference. Regina is 4-4-2-0 in their last 10 games, having most recently won games against Lethbridge and Calgary. Connor Bedard leads the Pats in scoring with 37 goals and 36 assists.

LAST GAME: Medicine Hat played host to the Red Deer Rebels for the second half of a home and home set. Tyler MacKenzie was able to get his first marker since returning from injury and Medicine Hat native Josh Van Mulligen scored his first career WHL goal. Garin Bjorklund made 29 saves in the loss. Arshdeep Bains had a three-point night and Chase Coward made 22 saves in the 6-2 Rebels victory.
MILESTONES: Tigers Forward Logan Barlage notched his 100th career WHL assist against his former team, the Lethbridge Hurricanes on February 26th in Lethbridge, and forward Carter Chorney played in his 200th career WHL Game on the same evening. Captain Daniel Baker played in his 200th career WHL game on January 21st in Saskatoon. Owen MacNeil appeared in his 100th career WHL game vs the Prince Albert Raiders the following night. Rhett Parsons, Oren Shtrom, Oasiz Wiesblatt, Tyler MacKenzie, Pavel Bocharov, Teague Patton and Brayden Boehm, Ashton Ferster and Reid Andresen have each recently played in their 60th career games.
PLAYER TO WATCH: Steven Arp is a hard working, physical forward from Swan River, MB. Arp has appeared in 39 games for the Tigers this season, since being signed by Medicine Hat this last fall. The 6’3” forward has two goals and five assists to go along with 13 penalty minutes this season. The 17-year-old has seen his ice time as well as confidence grow throughout the season. To go along with being a physical presence in the offensive zone, Arp plays a solid 200-foot game and will do whatever it takes to help his team be successful.
