TIGERS SIGN TREVOR LONGO
Medicine Hat, AB – On Thursday afternoon Medicine Hat Tigers General Manager and Head Coach Shaun Clouston announced the signing of defenseman Trevor Longo to a WHL Standard Player Agreement.
Longo, a 2000 born defenceman from North Vancouver, British Columbia stands in at 6’2 and 192lb. This season Longo accumulated 37 points in 40 games with the Vancouver NW Giants of the BC Major Midget League. Longo was selected in the 6th Round of the 2015 Bantam Draft (128th overall) by the Tigers.
“Trevor is coming off a very successful season where he has matured into a solid 2 way defender,” stated Senior Director of Player Development, Darren Kruger.
“The Medicine Hat Tigers would like to welcome Trevor and his family to the organization,” said General Manager and Head Coach Shaun Clouston.
