2024 PRESEASON CLASSIC ROSTERS

MEDIA GUIDELINES
(For 2025-26, subject to change)

CONTACT: All media requests are to provide 24 hours notice or earlier by e-mailing Casey Bryant [email protected] for clearance with staff or players.

CREDENTIALS: Access to cover a game night for regular season or playoff game is granted only on a game-by-game basis by emailing at least 24 hours before puck drop. Season-long passes are granted only to members of the Everett Silvertips media staff, the CHL/WHL media department, and beat writers for the Everett Herald. All media credentials must be approved by the Everett Silvertips, Angel of the Winds Arena, and the Western Hockey League. Per league policy, media credentials are reserved for print media, radio, television, select photojournalistic outlets and select accredited online publications. Amateur blogs, podcasts and unaffiliated photographers may not be granted media credentials.

CONDUCT: All media members are expected to dress professionally and exhibit professional behavior at all times. While on media row, please refrain from cheering, wearing jerseys, or interacting with scratched players or scouts inappropriately. Failure to comply may result in revocation of future credentials and/or inability to join post-game interview scrums.

ENTERING THE VENUE: All credentials will be available at the Will Call box located on the corner of Oakes and Hewitt.

PRESS ROW: The Everett Silvertips press row is located atop section 217 and is accessible via stairs or elevator (level 3). Media members will be assigned seating, will other seats reserved for scratched players or scouts. If your name is not reserved as a member of the media, you have not been granted a credential for the game and thereby must vacate media row immediately. Failure to do so may result in removal from the building or revocation of future credentials.

GREEN ROOM/MEDIA GUIDES: The Silvertips’ green room is located on event level behind the penalty boxes. It typically serves a complimentary meal open two hours prior to opening face-off. Updated lineups and scratches will be distributed both in limited hard copy quantity and electronically through everettsilvertips.com/media. Updated statistics are available on demand at media.whl.ca.

PHOTO ACCESS: Credentialed photographers are permitted to use vacant space in AOTW Arena in the press box and corners of the ice level where there is no obstruction of spectators. Access to the benches, photographer’s box and catwalks are strictly for team employees only. For-profit photography and solicitation of image sales is strictly prohibited.

NON-GAME DAY PRACTICES: Silvertip practices are closed to the public, and available for media only by request. Select players and coaches may be available for interview if granted prior approval.

POST-GAME MEDIA ACCESS: Postgame media scrums led by broadcaster Casey Bryant are conducted with the Silvertips’ head coach and select players approximately 15 minutes after final horn every home game. All credentialed members of the media are welcome to attend and request player interviews, subject to availability.
