Rockets lose 5-0 in Red Deer: Back home next weekend
The Red Deer Rebels defeated the Kelowna Rockets 5-0 on Saturday night at the Enmax Centrium in Red Deer, closing out a trip through the WHL Central Division.
The Rockets outshot the Rebels 38-29 in the game but couldn’t beat Rebels netminder Riley Lamb, who was named first star.
The loss puts the Rockets record to 3-5-0-0 heading back to Kelowna for a pair of games next weekend and four straight games at home.
The Rockets host Saskatoon next Friday and Swift Current on Saturday to kick off the homestand.
