Raiders, Serendipity Team Up For Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Prince Albert, SK – The Prince Albert Raiders are pleased to announce they will be supporting locally owned Serendipity Bra Boutique’s fundraising effort for the month of October.
Serendipity supports the Prince Albert Cancer Society, with a focus on breast cancer awareness.
“We’re excited to work with Serendipity Bra Boutique due to their outstanding commitment to our community in Prince Albert,” said Raiders business manager Michael Scissons. “We support their effort to work with charities that have a focus on giving back to our community.”
For every Raider goal scored at a home game during the month of October, the Raiders will donate $50 to Serendipity’s fundraising campaign. The Raiders have five home games during the month of October, beginning on Friday, October 13 when the Memorial Cup host Regina Pats visit the Art Hauser Centre.
Five dollars from every adult ticket purchased online for our five October home games will also be donated.
The month culminates with the Raiders’ Pink In The Rink Night on Friday, October 27 against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Further Details for Pink In The Rink Night will be announced at a later date.
The Raiders are in Alberta this weekend for a short, two-game trip beginning on Friday night in Lethbridge against the Hurricanes. Puck drop is 7 p.m.
