RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (48-8-1-2) take on the Brandon Wheat Kings (29-22-3-4) tonight at the Art Hauser Centre. Last night, the Raiders shut out the Kootenay ICE 4-0 at the Art Hauser Centre. Brett Leason led the way in his return to the lineup with three assists. Sean Montgomery scored a pair of goals. Brayden Pachal and Ozzy Wiesblatt also scored for the Raiders. Ian Scott, who also returned to the lineup, stopped all 21 shots faced to record his eighth shutout of his career and fourth against Kootenay.
VS. BRANDON: The Raiders and the Wheat Kings wrap up their six-game season series tonight. Prince Albert holds a 3-1-1-0 record against Brandon this season. The two teams have split the meetings played at the Art Hauser Centre.

MONTGOMERY’S MINUTES: Sean Montgomery’s second goal of the game on Friday night against the ICE was his fourth shorthanded goal of the season. The overager from Calgary now has as many shorthanded goals as he does penalty minutes this season with four. Montgomery is tied for the team low in penalty minutes with import rookie and frequent linemate Aliaksei Protas.
HANNOUN’S STREAK: Dante Hannoun was held pointless for the first time in eight games on Friday night to end his streak. The eight-game streak matched his career high, which he has set three times. Over his most recent streak, the Delta, BC product had three goals and nine assists. Since joining the Raiders, Hannoun has scored eight goals and added 15 assists in 21 games played.
SCOTT’S SHUTOUTS: Ian Scott earned his fifth shutout of the season with a 21-save performance on Friday night. He has the most shutouts in a season for the Raiders since Luke Siemens posted six clean sheets during the 2012-13 season. Siemens is tied with Rejean Beauchemin for the most shutouts in a single season in Raiders history.
LEASON’S 100TH: Brett Leason suited up in his 100th game as a member of the Raiders on Friday night and marked the occasion with three assists. In those 100 games in Green and Gold, Leason has 48 goals and 65 assists for 113 points.
