Job Summary:
rThe Ticket Sales Account Executive under the direction of the Director of Business Operations is responsible for selling all Lethbridge Hurricanes ticket packages including Full Season, Voucher Packages and Groups Sales.
r
rTasks and Responsibilities:

r

·  Responsible for generating the maximum revenue for the Lethbridge Hurricanes through the sale of ticket packages.

r

·  Proficient in all Lethbridge Hurricane product lines including season plans, Voucher Packages, arena and premium seating packages and special events.

r

·  Full participation in extensive inbound/outbound call campaigns.

r

·  Responsible for in-arena and outside face-to-face sales presentations based on necessity for closing business and creating sales opportunities.

r

·  Responsible for managing and servicing assigned account bases with the intention to up sell and renew account base on an annual basis.

r

·  Proficient in prospecting and creating new sales opportunities for the purpose of increasing revenue.

r

·  Required to work outside sales events plus Lethbridge Hurricanes events for the purpose of promoting sales packages through arena sales tables, promotional programs and prospect invitations to games.

r

·  Responsible for follow up phone campaigns involving team direct marketing campaigns.

r

·  Meet all pre-determined activity and sales goals by providing weekly activity reports to management.

r·  1 to 2 years of business or business sales experience preferred.
