GAME DAY: Hurricanes Visit Warriors

Moose Jaw, SK – The Lethbridge Hurricanes play the second of a quick two game road trip tonight as they visit the Moose Jaw Warriors at 6:00pm Alberta Time.

The Hurricanes (20-14-3-2) are coming off a 5-4 loss last night in Swift Current to the Broncos. The ‘Canes held a 4-1 lead in the second period only to see the Broncos scored four unanswered goals en route to the victory. Giorgio Estephan scored twice in the game while Colton Kroeker and Igor Merezhko potted the others.

The Warriors (22-9-6-1) are coming off a 6-5 shootout victory last night in Prince Albert over the Raiders. Former Hurricane Brayden Burke scored a hat-trick in the game while Nikita Popugaev scored the shootout winning goal.

Tonight will be the second of four meetings on the season between the Hurricanes and the Warriors, Moose Jaw took the first meeting 3-1 back on October 19^th.
